We were all excited by the prospect of enjoying such an experience, and we were led to a spacious private room where a large circular table was set with an array of finely arranged cutlery. We were informed by the waiter that this was a special menu of the restaurant’s finest dishes and drinks, and we couldn’t help but feel exhilarated. The dishes that were served to us were delectable, each more scrumptious than the last. We were served crispy roast duck, braised pork belly, eggplant in garlic sauce, linguine in garlic prawn, abalone soup, and cheesecake, among others.
